These are the things CTC will do before the vehicle is listed.
Step 1: First-mile inspection with full condition check.
Step 2: Photos and videos recorded.
Step 3: Necessary repairs carried out.
Step 4: Repair proof documented.
Step 5: Final inspection before shipment.
Step 6: Full transparency including minor defects.
Step 7: Container or RORO loading photos provided.
Step 8: Listing published.

Our sales team will respond within a few hours with vehicle details and photos. If needed, we can also arrange independent inspections (e.g. Bureau Veritas, TBS, odometer checks, NZ compliance) at a small cost for your peace of mind.

Once the unit is confirmed, please email us the buyer and/or consignee details. Our team will prepare a Proforma Invoice and send it to you within the same working day.

The invoice will include the applicable FOB, CIF, or CNF charges as advised.

Once the price is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total selling price will be required to secure the unit. The remaining 50% will be payable upon the vehicle’s arrival at the port in your country.

All our vehicles are stored at a centralized Export Processing Zone (EPZ), where our team handles packing and container stuffing. Once ready, the vehicles will be loaded and shipped on the earliest available vessel or as per the advised schedule.

Surrender BL – You will not be required to have the Bill of Lading to collect your vehicle.
Courier OBL – You will receive the Bill of Lading and you need to show this to collect your vehicle.
